Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Rudra Biotech ships orders placed on https://rudrabiotech.in.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently ship only within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is currently free on all orders within India. If we introduce shipping charges in future, they will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, the customer being unavailable or refusing delivery, the actual courier charges (forward and return) will be deducted from any refund, or charged if the order is re-shipped.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcel

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please take photos and record an unboxing video, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery as explained in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Training Bookings

Training seat bookings are a service and are not shipped. Batch details are shared on WhatsApp after booking.
