Training Booking Policy

This Training Booking Policy applies to the Cordyceps Militaris cultivation training offered by Rudra Biotech.

1. Courses

• Basic Training: 2 days, training fee ₹15,000.
• Advanced Level Training: 30 days, training fee ₹40,000.
• Both courses are held offline only, at our centre in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Each batch has a maximum of 15 seats.

2. Seat Booking & Fees

• To book a seat, pay the seat-booking / registration fee of ₹1,000 online through Razorpay. This fee is separate from the training fee.
• The training fee is paid at our centre before the training starts. We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer.
• Seats are given on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. After Booking

After booking, you will be added to our training WhatsApp group. Batch dates and the full address with map location are shared in that group.

4. If You Cannot Attend

• Please inform us before your batch starts. Your seat booking will be moved to a later available batch.
• Your booking remains valid for 2 months from the date of booking. You can join any available batch within this period.
• If you do not attend any batch within 2 months, the booking lapses and the ₹1,000 booking fee is non-refundable.
• The booking fee is not refundable if you cancel on your own.

5. If We Change or Cancel a Batch

If Rudra Biotech reschedules or cancels a batch, you may join the next available batch. If you do not wish to join a later batch, your ₹1,000 booking fee will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

6. What Is Included

• Basic Training: certificate of completion, phone support after training, and contact details of vendors for machinery and parts.
• Advanced Level Training: everything in Basic, plus Cordyceps culture (seed).

7. No Guarantee of Results

The training teaches cultivation methods. Actual yield, quality and income depend on your own setup, investment, care and market conditions. Rudra Biotech does not guarantee any specific yield, income, job or buyback of produce.

8. Conduct & Safety

Students must follow lab hygiene and safety instructions given by our trainers. We may refuse or remove a participant whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
