Welcome to Rudra Biotech (https://rudrabiotech.in). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and to every purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Rudra Biotech, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India, holding FSSAI License No. 12725998000522. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Rudra Biotech, and “you” means the person using the website or buying from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us (name, phone number, address, email) is true and complete.

3. Products & Health Disclaimer

• Our products are food / nutritional supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Results may vary from person to person. Statements about benefits are based on traditional use and general information, not a guarantee of any specific result.
• Please consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medicine, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended dose printed on the pack.
• Keep products out of reach of children. Always read the label before use.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging may change slightly without notice.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices at any time. The price shown at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
• Payments are accepted online through our secure payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). We do not store your card or bank details.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
• Partial payment (20% advance) orders: For products priced above ₹5,000, you may pay a 20% advance online and the balance at delivery. If you cancel before dispatch, the advance is refunded in full. If you cancel after dispatch or refuse the parcel at delivery, the 20% advance is non-refundable.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. In such a case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver only within India, and shipping is currently free on all orders. If shipping charges are introduced in future, they will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility, but we will help you track your order.
• Please give a correct and complete address and an active phone number. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, because the customer was not available, or because delivery was refused, the actual courier charges (forward and return) may be deducted or charged for re-shipping.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Cordyceps Cultivation Training

• Training is conducted offline at our centre in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Details of each course (duration, fee, inclusions) are shown on the Training page.
• A seat is confirmed only after the online seat-booking / registration fee of ₹1,000 is paid. This fee is separate from the training fee.
• The training fee (currently ₹15,000 for Basic Training and ₹40,000 for Advanced Level Training) is paid at our centre before the training starts, by cash, UPI or bank transfer.
• After booking, you will be added to our WhatsApp group, where the batch date and full address are shared.
• If you cannot attend your batch, your seat booking can be moved to a later batch within 2 months of the booking date. After 2 months the booking fee lapses and is non-refundable. If we cancel a batch, the booking fee is refundable. Full terms are in our Training Booking Policy.
• Training teaches cultivation methods only. Results depend on your own setup, care and market conditions, and Rudra Biotech does not guarantee any yield, income or buyback.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by: trying to hack or disrupt it; posting false, abusive or unlawful content; placing fake orders; or copying our content for commercial use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Rudra Biotech name and logo, product names (such as Royal Cordy and Cordy Green), text, images and design, belongs to Rudra Biotech or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

11. Reviews & Feedback

If you submit a review, comment or feedback, it must be honest and based on your own experience. We may display, edit for length, or remove reviews at our discretion, and we do not publish fake reviews.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rudra Biotech will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue quickly and amicably.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
